Brilliant new salamander from Colombian Andes cloud forest

The new species of salamander is described from Andean cloud forests on the western slope of Serranía de los Yariguíes in the Cordillera Oriental of Colombia, between 1385 and 1473 m elevation.  See also another recently described Bolitoglossa.
